Tucked away in the Ligurian hills, Apricale is a village where food and friendship come together. Its narrow cobbled streets are home to traditional trattorias, family-run restaurants, and welcoming cafés where time seems to slow down. Here, meals are prepared with local olive oil, seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs, and the same care that has defined Ligurian cooking for generations.

From terraces overlooking the valley to intimate stone-walled dining rooms, Apricale offers a range of places to enjoy regional dishes, homemade pasta, local wines, and sweet treats like pansarole with warm zabaglione. Whether you’re stopping by for a morning espresso, a leisurely lunch, or a candle-lit dinner under the stars, the village invites you to savour the simple, authentic pleasures of Italian life.
